Reservations

- Please call in advance for our room rates and availability.

-Reservations will be confirmed with advance payment of one night's lodging. We will hold your tentative reservation for 5 days pending receipt of your payment.

-Check in time after 3PM

-Checkout time 12:00 noon

-Cash, personal check and major credit cards are accepted.

-We are open all year with no minimum stay required.

Cancellations

-A reservation may be cancelled by phone or in writing with the following service charges:

-Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date 10%

-Less than 2 weeks 25%

-Less than 1 week 50%

-Failure to arrive without notification full price of room will be charged.

-Although we are a non smoking establishment, smoking is permitted on the outside porch and grounds.
